Premiums start low and then dramatically ramp up. Same with many insurers. Renewal letter tells you to cancel via phone or email but email options non-existent. Poor practice making it difficult for the customer. Just leaves a bad taste and will avoid in future.

Awful service. There was an error with a policy and charged me extra, instead of contacting me to diagnose the problem. The error was from another insurance company. No proactive response from Co-op.
