Very friendly place,,staff extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable.

Great place, I now have a flat to call home, ots inn a quite area of Blackpool.
As far as repairs go, I haven’t experienced any issues , I call up they give a date and time, they turn up.

Recorded messages ya cannot get to speak to anyone

Only complaint is delay in appointing services. That hasn’t changed in over 3 + years. Staff are always smiling down the line , and repairers are friendly and efficient.

Can’t get in and no response when phoning

If i could move out, i would, without even thinking about it. Luckily enough, my family are keeping my sanity. I never been treated like this anywhere else in the UK. No matter what you do to try and improve your tenancy, it’s not good enough, all trivial, nitpicking at stuff that doesn’t concern them. Treated as if a criminal.
