Terrible, have repeatedly reported a broken fire door since 2014 and its not been fixed in a single access stairwell. Because of their incompetence they are putting other peoples lives at risk.

absolutely useless. my house is full of rats that have only been able to gain access due to Cotman leaving a hole in my wall. rats have now dislodged tiles so the now the house isn’t water tight either.

Wouldn’t live in a cotman property if you paid me. The property stinks of weed. Loud chavvy neighbours listen to loud rap music and action movies as late as 3am. Complaints of anti-social behaviour ignored by cotman housing norwich not returning calls. Moving out as soon as tenancy expires.

So we were with cotman for 6years and they left us with leaky back doors for six months and slugs coming in they did Nothing and no heating for a long time don’t go with cotman

Does anyone one know how to contact this organisation? Please don’t say phone them or email them as I have tried that. they do not answer the phones or respond to email. I am desperate to house a family member but there is no way to reach anyone.

Since 2016 there awful they do nothing its not cottman that’s just a name places for people there in Preston no idea of east anglia

House is falling apart and isnt even 3 years old, cotmans not doing anything about it as its shared ownership even though the house was never built properly in the first place. Would never recommend anything to do with cotman!

Worked here a couple of years ago as their cleaner. Very nice, hard working people. Sad to leave. Would recommend based on their professionalism
