I bought an apartment which was built by Countryside Properties using dangerous flammable cladding. Countryside do not want to know and the owners of the appartments are having to raise £1.5million pounds between them to have it replace.. Countryside have washed there hands of the situation.

No interaction with them has been good. Sales team were being rude, so many problems with the house and the customer service is appalling. I’ve been emailing since October (4months) about ground rent and nobody will get back to me or take ownership. I’m not sure what else to do at this point.

Do not buy from countryside homes. Poorly built homes and as soon as your 2 year warranty is up they completely disown you. The NHBC certificate isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. So avoid countryside at all cost
