They kept me informed of what was happening thru every stage of the procedure answering any questions. My father was a very nervous patient for an endoscopy and he couldn’t say enough about how kind and considerate the nurses were. Also, the Consultant was highly professional. My father advised it was a 5 star service and if he ever needed the same treatment he would choose this hospital and the same consultant.
I went to Louth Urgent Treatment Centre recently and found out that it was closed. I had to call 111 and get a doctors appointment the next day instead. Much better off going to Grimsby hospital for any treatment.

A catalogue of clerical errors, which they were first made aware of on 12th October 2018 and they seem unable or unwilling to sort out.

This is the type of Hospital that shows how the NHS should be, everywhere! Just a pleasure to be treated there, warm, freindly staff. Busy, but that does not interfere with the calmness & professionalism that is everywhere. A fabulous asset to the area & an example to the rest!
