I had a Fleur De Lis Abdominoplasty here in November 2017. This was the best decision I have ever made the hospital was Phenomenal, from the consultant, to the operation, to the nurses who cared for me after the operation. 5 stars doe not seem enough!

Rubbish customer care. Called me twice on the day of my consultation to rearrange. Eventually they cancelled because 12 other patients had cancelled (12 REALLY!!) meaning the doctor would have to wait over 2hours to see me…..so what, I could be potentially paying thousands for a service.

Second visit with my father to this hospital. First visit for a consultation when we were asked to wait in the car park for an hour and a half. Second visit for minor op, asked to be at hospital at 10.30am still waiting to pick him up 5 hours later. Communication is very poor, and I have a very stressed and very hungry 85 year old.
