Parking isn’t a problem and only £2. The staff are all very helpful and kind. There is a small cafeteria which is good to wait in if you are accompanying anyone.

Took a neighbour for her check up. Tried the restaurant. Looks good but very limited choice. Only items Gluten Free are a packet of crisps or fruit salad. Not the place to go if you are expecting cheerful staff. Coffee was ok. Don’t make a special trip here!

Fantastic experience…..well in the circumstances! Attended the minor injury unit, and was in and out within an hour or so. Great staff all through each department I visited and booked an appointment for me in the NNUH in the next few days after. Superb!

A very quick alternative to Norwich A&E, some of the 1star comments need to remember that this is only a “minor” injuries department. Will happily go again instead of waiting 8hours in Norwich

Was told I need to take myself to Norwich hospital, 45 minutes away, after being told my airways are closing rapidly and if it gets much worse and closes fully I may only have 2 minutes to live! I was in Cromer on holiday, a similar visit to my local walk in centre 4 weeks ago was sorted with antibiotics within ten minutes!

Staff extremely helpful. Appointments usually come through quicker than the area’s major hospital. Only quibble is poor car parking facilities. Disabled spaces usually full, not enough spaces for disabled parking as local population are majority elderly.

Saw Nurse Guy with my 3-yr old Son whilst on holiday due to an eye problem. Staff were helpful on phone before we went in, saw us quickly, gave medication, told us to come back if necessary but fortunately the treatment worked well. Couldn’t fault it.

Never a problem, always had great service from nurses/staff. Parking prices as per most hospitals high if you stay for more than 30 minutes. Lucky if you can be in and out in that time.

What a shame. A lovely area, but not a great experience with a very ingenuine, and unhelpful MRI receptionist. I will make it a point to not come back here.
