From entering a and e to my husband being transferred to ward 21 and eventually an operation and transferring to CCU every member of staff gave their very best. The treatment he received was second to none. They deserve every penny and more. We’ll be forever grateful to them all.

Wow the eye clinic is a joke, phone lines never open on time my partners got a referral which between doctors and the hospital has been nearing 3 months! No closer to an appointment so you could imagine how he’s feeling. Answer the phone would be nice since over 79 calls and you answer 1-2 times over the last 3 months???

We had a great experience with the whole of the NHS system yesterday. Starting from our 111 call being picked up in less than a minute, to our first point of contact Ron Wilkinson, and then the rest of the departments we were in contact with. Thank you York Hospital.
