I attended for a swim session and for aqua aerobics. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The water was a good temperature and everywhere was very clean and tidy after a refit. Lovely.

Very friendly, helpful and kind staff. Loved the facilities. 5* from us!

I sat and watched as my boys used the pool, the lifeguards were very good with getting the boys to try new dives the boys and myself loved it .

Pool was very cold and the changing room floor was very muddy, it could do with someone to clean it regularly as they do at crown pools

Brilliant leisure centre with exotic steam room, staff could have made a bit more of an effort to be nice. Alarmingly wet floor, probably something wrong with the drainage and the showers turn from boiling to freezing cold in a few seconds. Renovated nicely since last year.

Staff were rude and was speaking to other members of staff about me and my family behind our back but didn’t realise we were standing there still. It was the first time there and we will not be returning, no one told us where to go or where to place my push chair safely.

Not happy with experience and have just resigned membership. Ground floor room freezing cold and with little improvement after asking to cut AC. Gym in first floor has very loud music ; dont even want to venture in there. Instructor very nice ; the best part of the package.

The first time i went the pool was too cold,my hands turned blue and i was so cold it was a struggle to swim. It was cold when i got out. The changing rooms were dirty and the loos smelt of wee. The second time everything was much cleaner but the cold was still very much an issue for me.

Could be an okay place, but the pool was skanky with silt building up in the corners, changing rooms a bit grubby and the reception staff were surly. Antiquated locker system and stupid payment system for the car park.

Great pool for doing lengths, great location. Inflatable obstacle course is brilliant, highly recommend.

Really nice refurbishment on a lovely local pool. Changing rooms were nice and clean, so were the loos. Staff were helpful. Will be coming back to use again with the kids.

Great pool, great staff, good changing rooms. Only negative I go swimming on a Thursday from 6pm-7pm and there is a water aerobics class at 7pm but for some reason they decide to come into the pool at 6:50pm and just stand in the pool and get in the way, why can’t they wait in the changing room or at least stand to one side till 7pm?

Great place for a swim and they do coffee at reception.

My wife gave birth here (at least I think so) very good life guards, managed to deliver the baby submerged under 2 meters of water. The only complaint is that the baby has gills.

A nice family pool. Check their website for times as there are often sessions for the children with large inflatables (assault course type!) . You can also hire the pool for functions.

First time for a swim. Paid for parking, told at reception that we had to wait 2 hours due to staff training, wish they had put it on their website before hand.

Wonderful operation. Careful, caring and successful in giving the public a great facility in very difficult times.
