Even though we didn’t purchase our car from Doves the service we received when we had a fault was excellent. It took a while to rectify the problem, under warranty, but they were patient and persistent in finding a way to resolve the issue . Without exception, everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Utterly useless. Booked to test drive a car on a weekend, was reassured that the car would be available. Got a call 20 mins before I was due to test drive, saying the manager had borrowed the car for the weekend. Avoid Doves like the plague.
It’s a volvo sales and service place . It’s over powering . Somewhat aloof type of sales area . It’s good to visit as it shares the large showroom with other makes like the fabulous ABARTH range and fiat . Theres a huge used sales out door area helpfully staff . And the whole dealership is well worth the visit .
