Always a pleasure to travel EMR. Staff just brilliant. I often upgrade to first coz it’s an absolute pleasure. Hats off to the amazing 1st class Crewe of the 1532 to Sheffield 25/4/23 and their colleagues on other services from London to derby who I meet every now and then. Keep going and keep having fun.

Advance tickets could be changed for free in the past. Now, to squeeze even more money out of consumers, they charge a £10 admin fee even when the changes are made online or via their app both of which are very glitchy.

Can’t think of one reason why the air conditioning has to be full on cold when it’s 17 degrees Celsius outside. Everybody had their hoodies on and zipped up jackets. I have a headache and had to buy a cup of coffee when getting off to warm up. It’s ridiculous and also a health hazard
