Quite happy to take our council tax in a timely manner but equally happy to leave our bins on the street for days and days with no good explanation from disinterested staff.
For goodness sake, make Hocombe Road ‘traffic calming’ safe by adding right of way and give way signage PLEASE. The road is a mess of chaos and road rage in the mornings due to people driving at each other through the pinch points. Extremely unsafe.
So as this establishment is not open on the weekends how am i ment to bring in proof of address, photo ID etc, when I work all week.
Really feel they should have a Saturday morning drop in /appointment even if it’s only 9 till 12. Now have to ask my boss for a long lunch so I can do this

Emailed on numerous occasions to sort stuff out and u get responses that have nothing to do with my complaint/query or they just ignore me!!

I had to go into EBC because I could not renew my parking permit on line. The process was easier than trying to renew on line. The staff were very helpful.
They don’t collect bins on time ,our collection day is supposed to be Wednesday but our bins some times has to wait for two or three days to be collected.
