Staff are very friendly and professional. Had tooth extractions today under sedation and everyone was very kind, providing all the right information and emotional support and the procedure was pain free. Hospital lived up to its excellent reputation. Very grateful, thank you!

Absolutely terrible service. Going round and round in circles on the phone. On hold for over an hour. Then put through to answer phones which don’t work. Operator does not help put me through. Very annoyed. Also been waiting for surgery now for 5 months and have not even had a letter or heard from them.

Dental staff are excellent, however the receptionist upstairs on the third floor are so grumpy and rude, there is one in particular who sits with a mask on rolling her eyes up and down and glares at you which is not friendly at all.
Otherwise the nurses and others are all good.

Been referred by my dentist in Apr 2019 and still waiting for an appointment in July 2019. Tried calling them so many times just kept on hold. Asked switchboard to to leave a message and they just put me back in the queue! Their voice options are terrible. Have asked my dentist to refer me elsewhere.

Impossible to get hold of anyone in any department. It’s so most disorganised service I have ever had to use unfortunately.

Appalling waiting times, inefficient service and the staff are regularly incapable of making decisions. If you’re looking for inefficiency and time-wasting then this is the place for you. They mess you around a lot and don’t care how long you wait.

Had a checkup here very recently and found the staff and the process straightforward. there was some waiting for x rays but this was to be expected from a busy establishment.

Appalling service, nobody EVER answers the phonelines. They have a hundred different extension numbers and you never get through to anyone. Total waste of people’s time.

Had a wisdom tooth out here. great dentists, and really good, friendly, communication so you know exactly what to expect. Really impressed.

I have been coming here for 13 years following trauma to my teeth as a child, there have been complications but every dentist I have seen has been amazing and the quality of car is so high I couldn’t recommend it more!

Waiting times in this hospital is ridiculous. You could be there for hours after your actual appointment waiting hours to see someone.
