Awful , nightmarish company. In last two months they made new contract without to informe me , by increasing my DD three times , I can’t contact them over phone , they don’t have customer services! This company is awful in solving problems with your bill. I am having a great amount of stress just trying to pay my bill with them direct debit. They are always taking more than the amount I agree to pay for my direct debit. They don’t deserve not even ONE STAR.
With EDF energy for twenty years, then in march to beginning of April, a space of not even one month, they took £500 from my account without my permission, they also instructed my bank to take out two direct debit from my bank account each month, I complained 5 times, no one got back to me, absolutely disgusting company

After three years with a normal rate per quarter between £130 and £180, suddenly an invoice came up with a total of £318, and the following ones continue the same as before. I tried to complain, but they didn’t even send somebody to check the meter. Instead, they tried to get the money with threats at a kind of mafia style.
