Worst customer services ever! They claim outstanding invoices when I moved to another supplier 2 years after leaving and now passed me on to debt collector – even though I provided evidence of payments.

Awful , nightmarish company. In last two months they made new contract without to informe me , by increasing my DD three times , I can’t contact them over phone , they don’t have customer services! Now they put my bill to near £4000 for 3 bedroom attached house, for 2 weeks !!! NEVER switch to EDF!!!

This company is awful in solving problems with your bill. I am having a great amount of stress just trying to pay my bill with them direct debit. They are always taking more than the amount I agree to pay for my direct debit. They don’t deserve not even ONE STAR.
