The worst service ever. They reel you in on the first couple of months with sensible bills and then its downhill from there. No transparency, no plausible explanation for differences your monthly bill. I left them and suddenly had a final bill of £700. They are bloodthirsty, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Basic energy supplier. Yes, it’s cheap for a reason as someone else pointed out, but I see that as a positive. Sometimes ‘old school’ is perfectly acceptable. I e-mail a meter reading every month and all is going well. Cheaper than any other supplier I could find and profits go to a good cause.

Ever since its inception I have subscribed to GnERGY. I have never seen an increase on energy (gas and electricity) bills over the last 7 years or so and they have been faultless. I would unreservedly recommend to anyone.
