Ordered few shower enclosures over last few weeks. Pivots, corner entry, quadrant and offset ones you name it.
All arrived in few working days and excaclty as described. All clients happy so I am. Anytime I need a shower enclosure this the place I go from now on

Very poor quality. First shower tray bowed, second sent damage on corner, third one broke through the middle then offer part refund for tray and had to keep shower screen, would not collect faulty shower trays and told I need to dispose of them. Purchased the frameless bifold 760 bifold door, a complete waste of time! It Leakes from every conceivable place. It is fitted correctly, to manufacture a framelss door to fit such a small space is asking for trouble. Didn’t get much joy from Elegant so fitting a Merlyn pivot door instead.

Customer service was poor and the quality (poor) of the items delivered were damaged on delivery.
Customers (my) responsibility to return the items at my COST but is madness.
Bought directly so would advise not using them or going through Amazon for some protection.

I recently purchased a shower screen and door which got smashed in transit. I rang customer service who quickly got another delivered to me, the delivery driver (Dav Singh) was ace and customer service was fantastic I would highly recommend thank you.

I had an issue with a screen smashed in transit. I was promptly offered a replacement or refund. Nice product so I got a replacement sent out.
