Rubbish! Go elsewhere if you actually want to be covered. My partner was seriously ill on holiday and trying to get them to help was near impossible. Sent us to a private hospital that they wouldnt cover, then to a hospital that had been closed down over a year. Absolutely useless.

The worst company I have ever engaged with. Non responsive. Have been trying to speak to the handler for 4 weeks with no response to messages left on answer machine or to numerous emails sent. Appalling!

Completely worthless. If you’re late due to traffic you need to show proof from a recognised traffic measurement authority that there was traffic! Waste of money.

Poor customer service and unclear about pre- existing conditions when questioned . They were rude and abrupt whilst answering my query so have subsequently cancelled policy ( within 14 days) and gone elsewhere.

I strongly suggest that anyone wanting to take out insurance would find a far more professional company than this one. They don’t believe in going out their way to help anyone

Terrible service. Make you jump through hoops just to make a claim and then will only pay out a small fraction of what you lost, if you’re lucky.
