Do not recommend. Bought an insurance for a short trip to Poland which included flight delay and cancellation. Unfortunately my flight back to UK was cancelled. I claimed it with the ERV and they replied that because it was my flight back, they have to reject my claim. This company is a scam.

Rubbish! Go elsewhere if you actually want to be covered. My partner was seriously ill on holiday and trying to get them to help was near impossible. Sent us to a private hospital that they wouldnt cover, then to a hospital that had been closed down over a year. Absolutely useless.

Poor customer service and unclear about pre- existing conditions when questioned . They were rude and abrupt whilst answering my query so have subsequently cancelled policy ( within 14 days) and gone elsewhere.
