I take adult swimming lessons here with my coach. The staff are very helpful, welcoming. Treat you like friends. I have been coming here for nearly three years now, if it wasn’t for my coach and the staff at the centre I would not have …

Love this pool, good temperature water and love going on the flume. Gym is a bit outdated and needs some TLC but is a good gym still as has a wide range of equipment. All reasonably priced great afternoon out.

I go early in the morning and as a felixstowe resident pay £3.20. Very friendly staff , fairly warm, clean pool. Only downside is when people spread out over the lanes and chat or swim in front of you and make you stop.

Always a lovely family day spent here. Needs a decent refurbishment as slides are a bit of a state & the kids pools could do with a bit of tlc!

Only go for swimming. Clean. Staff friendly
Only downside is the absolute carnage that is the “steady lane” which is full of people walking, chatting, swimming painfully slowly. Would be potentially …

Reasonably sized pool, not usually too crowded in the mornings when I go. Husband uses the gym – not the biggest selection of equipment, but enough for him. The place needs freshening up – several pieces of gym equipment not working and a good clean throughout. Still worth it for the price.

Great pool, and the slide is great for the kids, you can also go down with the little ones. My only criticism was the staff on entry were a little moody but I guess you can’t be happy all the time.

Always clean, nice pool, good facilities. Massive shame about the company that does the payments for them, absolutely cannot get anything right like changing details or even canceling the right membership! I miss my membership but refuse to go back to them whilst the external agency run it

The cleanest, and best pool I have ever been to. Just the right level of chlorine and I’m real fussy about that. Couldn’t even use the pool at the last town I lived, at the chlorine levels were so high I stank of the stuff for 3 days. And yes, I showered and bathed every day.

Nice pool. The times I’ve been it’s never been too busy. The flume is not very long, but speedy! Possibly the only negative complaint would be that it the water and the changing areas seem to really cold!

if you just want to swim its okay – hit and miss for children as often parts of the pool for children are closed without prior warning and of course you are not advised until in the pool area, baby pool not warm enough for non swimmers. staff to be avoided as most extremely rude and un-professional – manager who knows him ?

Child friendly, plenty of lifeguards in the swimming pool. Children enjoyed the slide, which ends in shallow water. It is predominantly a leisure pool, but they do rope off lanes at times for the more serious swimmer.

Nice friendly staff, nice views. since the pier is being demolished currently, the site around the centre is a bit of a state but it’s not the fault of the establishment but the of the pier owner. Great views at summer.

Looking and feeling a little dated nowadays and cramped changing cubicles, however this is one of the better equipped swimming pools in the area and we’ve always enjoyed the drive out here for general swimming or kids’ parties etc. The party food is also pretty good.

Not brilliant. Sunday swimming club usually ends up with all the toilets except the disabled one being locked by the time the club is ending. Many times the youngsters clothes end up wet as the changing areas are pressure washed while they are still swimming, so they have to get dressed with puddles on the floor and the benches.
