Ashton gardens park. What a disgrace. Walk through every day. Bins all over flowing.

Customer Service Excellent I have had occasions to visit in person four times in the past couple of weeks and the three different people who helped me were professional knowledgeable empathetic and kind. How reassuring to know this council provides a superior helpful supportive service.

I visited Lytham St Annes at the weekend and was very impressed by the cleanliness of the town, along the promenade and the beach. I didn’t see any litter and there were ample bins for people to put their rubbish in. Thankyou to the volunteers I saw picking up litter by the sand dunes.

Set up a direct debit to pay council tax with an agreed monthly payment. Been taking £100 more than agreed without me knowing. Never had anyone take more than agreed from my bank in 30 years. Had no explanation or acknowledgement

Five stars to the Beach Ranger today at St Anne’s beach, who went over and above to help reunite a young woman and her autustic brother, with her Mum and younger siblings. The young woman was without her belongings or mobile ‘phone and was getting distressed about the situation.

Very unorganised. Giving out the wrong information, taking money without reason or notice, money that isn’t even owed. Taking forever to respond to anything. I have no confidence that our account is safe due to inconsistencies over the years. Some changes really need to happen here.
