shockingly bad housing association , staff are oblivious to tenants rights and do not appear to be able to do there jobs in a competent fashion , currently has the worst senior management team possibly in the organisations history .
Staff always very helpful and polite, helped when i was worrying about my rent as was waiting for universal credit.

I feel the same way that when I phone that I’m being a nuisance but it’s not the case . I only want my uc new rent charge and date sent back to uc so it corresponds with mine . I get fed up with calling to be honest and they are suppose to help you not make you stressed . Sorry but that’s how I’m feeling . .
I’ve been a tenant of GCHA since the 1980s and they used to be brilliant landlords. Unfortunately now emails and answer phone messages go unanswered and when I phone them I get the impression that I am just a nuisance to them. Such a shame.
Terrible with looking after properties and keeping them in good condition
