Owe 1 months rent and these sick people are trying to evict us with 5 kids. Thry really have no heart and obviously doesn’t realise there is a crisis going on. Putting kids on the street just before Xmas really ain’t on.
I am absolutely appalled how useless this company is, how are they still allowed to be responsible for people’s homes and welfare. They are not even capable of returning calls or answering their phones. Think they all need sacking.
Been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone.ive had scaffolding up over 5 weeks after the repair. Still there now and nobody can give me an answer to when it will be removed. Also been told I will get some compensation for my boiler now working properly for months.
NO GREAT FAN BUT HUGE EMERGENCY, THEY GOT HEAT ON, COOKING ABLED. WITH IN HOURS, SCOTTISH POWER DAYS STILL MESSED UP.
Absolutely useless at fixing the smallest of things, would send an electrician for a plumbing job (that really has happened) I could fix some issues myself but since my rent pays for that I don’t see why I should.

We have been tenants for less than 2 months and have had nothing but threatening letters to end our tenancy all because of a direct payment of rent from Wiltshire council.
