Been on the phone for over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone.ive had scaffolding up over 5 weeks after the repair. Still there now and nobody can give me an answer to when it will be removed. Also been told I will get some compensation for my boiler now working properly for months.

No service, no one answers the phone, no one does repairs and no one does anything about antisocial neighbours even after years so if you want to live in a broken house and do illegal things and intimidate your neighbours then this is the place for you.
