My order was given to someone else then had to wait more

Opens earlier now which is good. The usual female server is excellent who gets your order right everytime. However there’s a young male who has served me twice and got the order wrong. Both times he’s had to give me the order he messed up and the one i wanted. He must be costing Greggs a fortune!!

It must be the weirdest location to work at. The staff do an amazing job, they’re polite, helpful and deal with all the mud covered Hi-Vis wearing lot!
The food is well… Greggs… It’s good, but it’s not amazing.

Always a huge que, they are sooooo slow it’s a joke!

Really disappointed on Friday. Queue out the door, slow staff and wrong orders. Simply didn’t have time to go back and complain.

This place needs to improve on customer service as surely its not common practice to have a queue of say 15 plus people and only 1 person on a till , yet there is more staff which are reluctant to jump on a till and serve its customers.

Staff very pleasant and quick to serve you .but out side the shop is very dirty and a large amount of litter and cups around the car park . Dose not portray a very good image for Greggs

Usual Greggs nice and clean nice seating area but the staff are way to slow. Need faster staff to cope with early morning and lunch time tradesman rush

Great for price coffee and bacon – rolls very good could do with them selling pies.

Not enforcing their own rules, 8 people or more in shop at 1 time.
People being served with no face coverings on.

Pushing the mask agenda at those who are exempt from face muzzles, will gladly take my money elsewhere, their food is mediocre at best anyway…

Since starting my new job in Trafford Park, it’s rare I don’t go there for my lunch. Excellent customer service and great food & prices.

Yesterdays pasties today. Always cold and always stale. It wouldn’t be so much an issue if the staff could at least ask you do you mind it cold and old.

Dessapoitnted with the service, It’s only 1 person attending the till and the waiting tike is about 20 mins to get to the till and paid.

Very clean shop. Helpful staff clean and smart. Great value for money. Definitely use again.

It’s no better and no worse than any other store,you can queue for a while but at least when you do get served the staff are polite and cheerful.

Decent for breakfast, £2 for a sarney and a brew. Great while the diversion on village was is in place

Good selection personally I think the tomato soup is the best but rather go to Martin’s

All the staff lovely except the 1 manager I think she is, never cracks a smile and looks at customers with complete disdain! Give her a lesson in customer service.

Generally nice, recently refurbished but the staff continually get your order wrong even when they’re not busy. How hard is it to differentiate between sausage and bacon?!

They sell a very rich and cheap bread, the only bad thing is that the place is a little small and you can’t walk well, but you get good attention.
