We had an amazing experience at the Gucci store. Rocco is superb. I did not think they would have my size in stock, but he found one and I was able to walk comfortably around Boston during our entire trip. Thank you Rocco and Gucci.

What I liked about my experience here at the Gucci store was that the staff did not follow you around or bother you to purchase anything. They made sure their assistance was known and allowed you to shop in peace.

I like this Gucci. Definitely one of the bigger stores that I’ve been in with a very wide selection. The decor is very traditional Gucci, maintaining a very luxurious and upscale feel. I thought it was a little strange that the streetside doorway was closed… what’s the point of having it if you don’t even use it?
