The office team coordinating the refuse and bin collection service are always incredibly helpful and efficient. The refuse collection team themselves are equally responsive and they communicate extremely effectively between the two departments.

Council do not want help businesses unless you are from the area so basically if your face doesn’t fit they won’t help but if you are from area they basically let you do what ever you want

Still nothing happening with regards to dog fouling in Clwt Y Bont / Deiniolen area. Have lost count on the number of reports I have sent to the council, yet nothing has changed…..nothing has been done…..the culprit(s) still think it okay to let their dog foul the public paths and not clear up afterwards.

I have had to phone the offices twice to enquire about a planning application. On both occassions the staff were friendly and very helpful. They spent time attempting to solve my enquiry and to ensure I went away with the required information.

I tried time and time again to register to vote however nobody there gives you the time of day. Literally they do not care about the rights and wellbeing of other people. And it is a disgrace to be unable to vote because of a poor excuse of a council.

I could not be happier with the help I received this morning from two members of staff at Cyngor Gwynedd. Both ladies were very pleasant and professional at the same time. Diolch yn fawr Cyngor Gwynedd.
