Had great service recently here, my car had a power pulse pipe issue and is out of warranty, the dealership was very helpful and secured a contribution to the work from Volvo. Had a letter from Volvo to say that my car was due for a recall something about seat belts. Arrived and was dealt with promptly and the car was taken to the workshop and took about twenty five minutes or so to sort instead of one hour. Very easy and no hassle.

Had trouble with the car, had to go back three times. The service staff were excellent and did their best to get me back on the road. Classic case of dealing with an issue courtiously rather than creating bad feelings. Must have been frustrating for the mechanics but all was well in the end.
