They do not check the car with you at start and/or end of rental. Then they bill you later for random minor damages to punish you because you did not buy their insurances.

I’ve been renting with Sixt St Pancras for a year, great service and a great fleet. Raad is always customer focused and wants the experience to be the best it can be!
