Write a ReviewLovely arena for entertainment within O2. It has two floors of seating and bars on each floor. The only thing I didn’t like was the glass walls obstructing the stage view in some places. Otherwise this is a nice place to enjoy live shows!! …
The information on the website and tickets differed about show time. We decided to arrive for 7pm as this was on the printed ticket. We queued for an hour as the doors opened at 8 pm. The security staff were busy chatting to each other and …
Went there last week for the “back to the 80s” party with Martin Kemp. Odyssey opened the party with a very enjoyable live music set, the rest you can watch some snippets below: it was great fun. The place it’s very modern, spacious, the bar is efficient.
The venue was fine but the different queues were not marked out. I couldn’t find where I needed to go until I asked people. My friends ended up in a queue that wasn’t even theirs after a staff member told them the wrong place to go!
Wonho was amazing though.
Excellent music venue within the O2 complex, super acoustics and sound system.
Drink prices reasonable for music venue, however despite staff working very hard, nowhere near enough bar staff, could have had double the amount of serving staff.
Great venue, the perfect size. 80s live was spectacular. The staff are all brilliant, friendly and fun. Good drunk prices, too. Excellent acoustics .
it is hard to see events from Balcony, it is a medium sized event hall so you can see the stage from everywhere in ground floor. Acoustic is not bad, but not the best.
Great gig, Ash and Blues Harvest doing the Cantina2. What with all the costumes the place just rocked. Good sized venue, easy enough to get to the bar and see the band. I’m still smiling about it, 4 days later.
Great for smaller concerts. Good accoustics. Fully seated for our Country2Country songwriters event, but these were taken out for later events. Good, long bar as well.
Nice little venue however the queueing situation was lacking. 3 separate queues all over the place, barely any barriers, and security were barely doing the checks they need to do. …
Please turn down the brightness of the spotlights above the audience. It kills the ambience and atmosphere. Otherwise great venue.
the venue itself was good
nice staff offer us water and picked up our jackets from the floor
the best thing about it is that you can see the stage and the singer from anywhere in the room
Nice sized venue. Very good acoustics. Extremely helpful staff. My seat was broken and a member of staff sorted me another seat. No fuss and plenty of charm. Drinks a little expensive but then that’s par for the course.
It’s not the usual big venue feel of O2 but a more cosy personal feel to the performance …
Attended Garage Fest 2023 here. This is a great venue. Needed I.D to enter. Nice security and good friendly bar staff. No queues for the toilets which were clean. The drinks were pricey but super strong, Not much queueing either for drinks, …
Always in the Inigo for BkB, awesome night…. been going for years……..just come.
Great venue. Good layout for the size of gig and decent acoustics. Most seats offer a good view (if its a seated event) but maybe avoid the very front as the stage is quite high.
Nice little venue. Just to the right at the main entrance. Bar well situated, sound quality good, toilets clean. Staff got us into the venue quite quickly was a big queue.
The venue was really nice. Seating wasn’t great though, and could be structured better. My only criticism was that the act we paid good money to see lip synced the whole time. Not cool!!!
Saw comedy here last night, and won’t be returning. Probably the least enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at a venue. Nobody’s fault in particular, but I came out of the night wishing I hadn’t wasted my time. …
Nice venue, expensive beer! Good views.
Not very customer focussed and after your money!
The artists/performances are good, but it’s corporate greed treating the paying public as a ready source of income.
Very nice venue but staff need to get people to go to there seats rather that stand by the bar talking it was very off putting
Really good venue. Great sound, Good visual access. Bar queues a little long but not too bad. Prices OK.
The whole experience was great from start to finish. Staff were brilliant – friendly, polite and efficient- especially Dan, our guide, who was great fun, very informative and made us feel safe throughout the climb.
Watched Miami Vibe 80s Band at the O2 Indigo and it was AMAZING!!!! Danced all night!!! 🌃🎉🥂 …
Very easy to get to by public transport. Plenty of places to eat and drink, but book ahead. The queues were well organised and we were in the venue quickly. Really good venue to watch a performance, however, the seats are very hard!
Great show with high energy. Cast worked hard to interact with the audience.
Will be looking to book other events
Unfortunately, guest security/safety were very rude and unhelpful. Clearly the uniform went to their heads.
Nice seats. Although it seems the seats are double booked.
Great venue. Small and personal. Nice vibes, good views if the stage and plenty of space to move
Small, no cloak room, quiet sound, good quality though. Spent an hour in the queue to enter. Decent venue but not for every event.
Excellent ve he for an audience of a few hundred. The bar has short queues and friendly staff. Much better than the crowded and noisy pubs as you enter the O2.
Small but cosy venue, we were on the balcony and the view was great! Comfy chairs, helpful staff, the sound system was great (my ears were not killing me after the gig so that must say something!).
Went for Rugby podcast whichh waz great fun and atmosphere. The bar was absolute chaos. They knew the crowd to expect yet had no idea of how to manage an effective bar. The bar management need to retrain on the basics in my opinion.
Great venue. Plenty of decent seating and comfy chairs. Large bars offer quick and efficient service. Prices are going to be higher than you would normally pay elsewhere for drinks but it’s not ridiculously expensive. The show we saw was …
Very fast getting in, staff were very friendly.
Drink prices wernt too bad considering It was the O2. The event was good.
Would defo go back again.
Great venue that I hadn’t been to previously! Sat in the upper tier in second row, great view
Great venue, only complaint is bar needs more staff & larger serving area. Very claustrophobic all huddled together waiting 35 minutes to be served.
Smells, loud bass, horrid lighting – not good for a conference.
On the plus side, the staff from bar to security are excellent!
Boxing supposed to start at 1:00 but instead was delayed until 2:00 then 3:00 with no warning. Staff useless,no updates at all,had to go in there myself and ask what time it’s starting to update the rest of the queue outside.Won’t be coming back here and strongly recommend avoiding this place
It was brilliant watching west ham win the cup the beer and cider was priced OK not to much bar staff helpful did’nt have to wait to long to be served a lovely night out will go there again if asked to.
Great venue for music. The bar service was the best!
I prefer 02 Indigo to 02 Arena because of the smaller capacity, you get more of an intimate feel. Staff are friendly & polite too. Ample amount of clean toilets.
Tea is amazing, taste of India. Masala fries as well good. Nice food and place
We attended the Soultasia concert. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, highly recommend attending one of their venues again. …
Great venue not much to say but had a good time some nice shop and the must importing thing it was a nice atmosphere
Very nice place for attending events dine outs.
Parking is bit expensive.
Huge and bright
Cashless venue. No signs to say they don’t accept cash anywhere. Ordered drinks they were poured offered cash got told card only so left. Rude security staff too. Wouldn’t go back
Its bigger than imagine, tbh great place to see great singer or have great time in concert !
Saw Level 42 here, great venue of relatively well behaved 50+ year old fans. 😉 …
Too much of a queue to get it in, then long queues for drinks, and heaven know what those excuses for cocktails were, but they were disgusting and overpriced. Sound quality is good.
Nice venue, helpful staff. Great band – The Robert Cray Band.
Went there for Cage wars on Friday 4th Nov and had a great evening. The atmosphere was excellent with the noise of the Irish fans🇨🇮 to top it off.I would recommend to anyone 🥊🥊🍺🍺 …
There are 2 big bars one upstairs and one downstairs. We saw a comedy show here and had fantastic seats.
I attended an event here, I was disappointed with the quality of the venue. The seats are small and uncomfortable.
The show we went to was great. Area has changed a bit but still a massive place with events venues, cinema, restaurants and supermarkets. They are building more flats at the moment. Great communication with the Jubilee train. Great for a fun evening even if there’s not a event at the O2.
This is a fantastic venue for live music, where you are immersed in the event. I went with a friend to see Level 42, supported by Mari Wilson, and it was a totally brilliant night. We weren’t just watching the show, we were feeling it too.
Overall had a great night show was brilliant just a shame that we had a slight issue with member of security, when queuing who was quite aggressive and not very understanding
Simply fantastic. My first ever concert and I couldn’t be happier. The venue was clean, the staff were polite. Great music by Shalarmar and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and I can’t wait to come back for another concert. Well done indigo.
I was sat on King’s Row which is known as VIP. Comfortable seat however the view was awful. I could only see two thirds of the stage.
Really great space. Large standing area, nice seated area upstairs and have reasonable priced fast food and drinks at the inside bar. They also have a good size accessible seating space.
Pretty good ‘small’ venue inside the O2. It holds 2,800 people so is larger than any West End theatre. When I attended checking tickets was a shambles and the queue stretched out of the O2 into the rain. Hopefully they can improve this and …
Brilliant venue if you’re a west ham fan come on you irons
Nice little venue for smaller gigs. Great place great acts. It’s just a pity it’s so hard to get back from at 1am. No taxis. No weeknight tubes. £30 into the city in a cab
Was here for an event.
Afterwards guards asked everyone to go out.
One of them was a bit too pushy to my wife and I said that to them. From this …
Great place for a Final Bow by The Pretty Things. End of an era, but good to have a send off with long-standing friends Van the Man (Sir Van Morrison) and Dave Gilmour
Brilliant venue good space nice atmosphere I had a great time at the 90s party 🥳 …
Fantastic music venue that also hosts other type of events. Ground floor standing and seating on the upper level at the gig I attended. Superb sound system and good distance from the stage makes this one of the best music venues in London. …
Well organised in terms of entry, intimate venue meant you felt close the the band even at the back of the room. Bar was expensive but that’s to be expected. Good venue.
I had a lovely time here… what a concert “KINGS- NELSON FREITAS & DJODJE👏🏾👏🏾 and GUESTS
CABO VERDE🇨🇻🇨🇻✊🏾 RIBA LAAAA …
Saw Ben Portsmouth, brilliant Elvis impersonator.
The venue is quite small with a nice intimate atmosphere.
There is a nice bar area with prompt and efficient service. …
First time at this venue very organised the whole concert from start to finish was amazing and transport links are fantastic.
Good venue but 70%of the seats weren’t numbered 🤔caused a few arguments. Don’t understand why they mark seats with rafle tickets that fall of and are not replaced. Also bar was a bit pricey as no beer on tape was cold 😳 …
A great venue to see top acts. Acoustics are good and surroundings are modern and comfortable. Drinks are pricey as you would expect at a London entertainment venue.
Excellent venue, lots of space in the balcony. Great atmosphere and view from any seat. Really comfortable seating. Good choice of beers on tap too.
Great venue, plenty of space with rail around the front section in the standing area to stop crowd surge but open sections to allow easy passage through even when busy. Bar easy to get to while still watching the gig. And loads of food venues just outside the door!
I love the indigo. I always book the kings row as it has it’s own bar and the view of the stage is great.
Great venue. Lots of space and has well kept toilets. There is a bar on site and you can even leave and enter back in if you want.
FANtastic!! Glitterfest was a wonderful night out. The DJ’s were incredible (except DJ Kae – who killed the crowd dancing vibes with too many stop-starting teasers, which got irritating after a while). DJ Marshall, DJ Complexion & DJ G Star …
Great atmosphere a smaller venue than the arena plenty of bars to buy drinks.
A good view anywhere.
Great event center for concerts with good acoustics and great view of the stage from all seats
