I have to say, I was very pleased with how my son was treated for his dislocated shoulder. He was seen quickly and proficiently. He was in alot of pain and all the staff were brilliant at calming him down and fixing him up. What an amazing team and. I was very impressed impressed during our whole visit.

My daughter was referred to MAU by the GP. We spent 7 hours being assessed and received excellent service from all the staff. came here back in 2019 due to mental health problems. Had to wait hours on end however was understandable due to short staff. The crisis team in A&E however were awful, just said I was going through a blip yet I ended back there two days later. The care I have have had in the wards has always been great.

Brilliant hospital with wonderful staff. Myself and my children have all been to various specialists for all sorts of reasons and every time we have been well looked after, reassured, and very happy with all treatment. I was on Lavender ward . I can not speak more highly of the wonderful care i was given.The Doctors and Nurses and catering and cleaning staff . Were so helpful and friendly. Thankyou.

A&E excellent, as were surgeons and theatre staff. Nurses on the ward lacked empathy, were dismissive and only interested in filling in forms, apart from three students and two brilliant HCAs. One nurse caused me an injury requiring further surgery.

The level of care provided by the staff of Washbrook Ward was outstanding. In all our dealings, they showed understanding, patience and compassion, providing information and advice as and when needed. Above all, we are most grateful to them for making my mother’s last days as comfortable as they could be.
