My daughter was referred to MAU by the GP. We spent 7 hours being assessed and received excellent service from all the staff. Reception staff were friendly and efficient , the clinicians were excellent , professional and empathic . In such difficult times for the NHS , I am so grateful for these incredible people .

came here back in 2019 due to mental health problems. Had to wait hours on end however was understandable due to short staff.
