Thanks to Lee and Dave for the sofa delivery. They phoned 40 minutes before their arrival and carefully delivered the sofa with no problems. They also wore shoe protectors to protect the carpet. In January 2023 I ordered a bed mattress together with a protector. When delivered the mattres protector was the wrong size. Who checks the delivery? No problems getting it exchanged but I had to travel back to store. Not impressed.

Loved this store but received terrible service with bathroom, so much so we cancelled our kitchen and went with magnet who have been so much better. Emailed customer service number of times no reply, spoke to Leekes distribution manager who has been great as had to order more tiles and even with him chasing up customer care no response.

Both Steve and Jugal dealt with out purchase , they were both extremely helpful and professional, Steve in particular was a great help to us choosing our furniture, I would recommend leekes Bilston to anyone who needs a new sofa.

Pleasant shop staff, but I’ve taken a day off work for delivery of a bed. No delivery, and zero communication from Leekes apart from an email rescheduling the delivery for 20 days in the future. Completely unacceptable.
