One of your doctors was extremely unprofessional and unkind during a procedure. Nobody should be treated like that while getting medical care.

A lovely hospital, friendly and welcoming and no waiting as someone previous has said this is how all hospitals should be. A learn for the Govt and NHS, bring services back into the local community.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Due to an over running appointment at the County Hospital I was late for an appointment here but the staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Great service, thanks

Lovely staff, 5 minutes waiting time & parking prices are extremely reasonable, all hospitals should be just like that.

A well equipped cottage hospital with very friendly & helpful staff, who make plenty of time to answer your questions or enquiries! Parking is “Pay & display” & there has never been an issue with parking problems!

Good care every time I’ve been, which is a fair few. MIU is good quality and not too long of a waiting time.

good care but make sure you get there in the well in the opening hours though otherwise they won’t treat you

Wonderfully helpful and efficient. Treatment first class. Staff very friendly.

Parking can be problematic, especially if you have a big car, as the car park is small and can be awkward to manoeuvre
