I gave birth for my little boy on the 10th of Jan 2023 and I had a great experience. I had a c-section and there was an amazing, lovely, and super professional anaesthetic dr that I can still remember her name “Dr Caroline” she was wonderful and super nice. Also the midwives were all kind, nice, and professional.

The hospital is clean but this is NOT a good hospital. The care standard is poor, test results and evaluations are often wrong and there are too many inexperienced trainees that seem to almost run department after department. It’s not common at Chelsea and Westminster hospital, in my experience, to get to see an actual doctor.

The A&E center’s level of care is a disgrace. My wife went there and was sent back home with only Lemsip. We had to go private for a doctor to care and realise she had an invasive pneumonia that had to be treated urgently.

The staff at the Pain clinic are wonderful. Nurses Physios Doctors and especially the lady on reception. They are so caring and kind.

After falling and breaking my hip I was taken to Chelsea and Westminster hospital. I received the most amazing treatment in A&E followed by hip replacement performed by Mr Sinnett’s team. I am now in recovery and cannot speak highly enough of the care and treatment that I have received. Thank you to all concerned.
