Who’s money wasting idea was this? Instead of printing your name on a napkin, why not try investing the money into something or people that require it. And no, you’re not allowed to have anything nice because you have not earned it.

Very poor communications, and cancel events 12 hours before they start. A 5 year old could manage a council better than the scum already in there

Contacted council in December about larger bins got the blue one and red box but not black bin.So contacted them again in January got an absolute fool on phone who was repetitive 3 times i asked for a number for supervisor/manager still …

Never a response from education department. All done internally then nobody calls you back to make parents aware. Communication is horrendous

Don’t finish windowa after they give new windows and don’t replace window radiitors been waiting a month now . It’s cold and have a five year living here .. don’t even give one star but have too

Terrible service, we pay 240 per month for 3 bed house, bins not emptied, food waste bags has been dismissed no bins for dogs waste no reaplay to complaints.

The Midlothian Taliban, untouchable, unaccountable and unelectable. Shower of career charlatans robbing the local council tax payers.

Doing an excellent job, especially considering how their budget gets squeezed.

Useless up keep of the local roads which resulted in a snapped subframe of my car due to a half metre square 180mm deep pothole.

Receptionists very polite and helpful

Dont take into consideration peoples circumstances ,just out to get what money they can , especially from the vulnerable
