Appointments are ok, but the rigmarole around attending the appointments, and the threatening texts you receive in case you don’t attend, I think are uncalled for. You go there for treatment, not to make things worse for yourself

Was in therapy for a while but my appointments kept getting cancelled and changed then all of a sudden with no context or even a notice I never got an appointment rescheduled. Rang 4 times since and still haven’t heard anything . My school have rang again and again too knowing I need it and nothings been done

I realise this hospital is a very old building, but a hospital needs to be more accessible than this. Hardly any disabled parking, not all entrances are accessible and the various departments are not always easy to find.

Shrink appointments always bloody hour late and cant get you out the door quick enough

Keep in mind, these councillors will listen to anything, true or not

Absolute waste of time been waiting nearly four years for support which you never seem to get, got a çhild with strong mental issues that seriously needs addressing, and nothing is getting done!!!
