Only go to use the pool. Book in advance and you’re all good. With a toddler though I recommend booking for the family pool…main pool is too cold when they’re not very active.

Great community hub that has a gym & swimming pool, sauna too. They had a coffee shop but now they sell it behind the counter at the front desk. Prices are good too. Something for everyone & you can get a guides tour before you join.

Although it has nice and clean facilities the management is very bad at customer relations. Doesn’t care what you think or feel and brave enough to say that.

Nice new building and equipment, has a soft play area and a nice cafe inside. Downsides are parking, as a member you get it refunded but you do have to pay each time and ask for it back at reception. There’s also similar gyms with classes included in the cheaper memberships whereas this one doesn’t.

Overall. The leisure centre is a good local place to exercise. They have 2 large swimming pools with both shallow and deep ends. The staff there are friendly. I haven’t tried the gym so I can’t say anything about it. But the swimming was great.

Love swimming at West brom pool look forward to Saturday when I go swimming there & got private showers or showers near the 2 pools to use

They have ruined the experience of going to a swimming pool, you have to book a time slot to use the pool! Also the steam/sauna have to be booked online! Tell me how are elderly people supposed to book online when they hardly have a smart phone. They really haven’t thought this through.

Loved it! Taking swimming lessons very friendly staff and pool area is very clean to. The only downside is the changing rooms are slightly dirty, hence 4* other than that everything is brilliant.

Came here earlier and i have to say its great , the lifeguards are nice especially a guy called Louis Woods , his been very friendly to me and my family and helped my lil bro with swimming techniques and helped him improve, 100% recommended

If you’re trying to find somewhere that’s women’s only hours just bare in mind that there will be male lifeguards as well. Everything is really good – pool, play gym. Staff nice and very clean.
One problem, sharing changing rooms with both genders isn’t to my liking. I don’t agree with this sort of thing (even though I kmow it’s common)

10/10 leisure center, the teachers and the lifeguards on stand are extremely helpful and helped teach my child how to swim in loads of different techniques – Sam and Louis W helped loads and I recommend the center to everyone!

Open at 7:45am? I’m not quite sure as a leisure centre punctuality is key! I wasted my time and my class because someone couldn’t wake up for work to open up and this has happened a few times within 3 weeks. This is actually ridiculous for a leisure centre won’t be using again.

I first used the leisure centre with my friend in 2015. When she stopped going I missed it. I live quite far from West Bromwich – but can’t find a gym near me that compares. I recently plucked up the courage to join on my own. Wonderful facilities, friendly staff and I feel very comfortable there.

Swimming pools and courts and new and up to date. Changing room and lockers are secure, they have activities for many different people. Will continue to go to this place. Haven’t use gym yet

Friendly, inviting and welcoming centre. I come here weekly to play badminton. The booking process has now improved significantly making it easier to book your regular sessions. I’ve also used the gym here and it has everything you need to workout at a good price. Highly recommend this centre.

Me and my two children have started to attend here for swimming during the half term, I have seen staff keep the public areas clean and are very friendly and helpful. I haven’t met one member of staff who wasn’t lovely.

Local leisure centre with great facilities, I love being able to do gym swim and sauna, staff are helpful. Wide range of users combined with the right level of background music creates an atmosphere I find perfect for my workouts. Good range of classes available but I’ve not tried these yet.

Wanted to swim today but one pool closed off for lessons, and the other pool half closed for lessons and the open part is full of kids splashing. We didn’t manage a length without having to stop!! Facilities are good but the staff are too lax in allowing people to treat it like a Turkish baths when there should only be lane swimming. Difficult to swim properly when you have to swim round people standing in the water or stop short of the wall because people are standing there.
