I don’t usually write reviews, but the care I received here following gastric surgery warrants the best one. This not only comes from a human perspective, but also as a retired nurse myself! Every single member of staff were kind, caring …

I think I’d rather suffer at home than ever experience the rudeness of any of the NHS Staff here again. And these people want a pay rise? For what? Taking over 8 hours to put fluids in my arms and was given no paid relief in the mean time …
I was unfortunately taken ill with severe pain while on holiday nearby. I was directed to attend Musgrove A & E by 111. From the moment I entered the department I was overwhelmed by the kindness & professionalism of all the staff – from …

Beware!!! Musgrove park hospital are using the Liverpool care pathway to end the lives of those patients that they deem terminal. They killed my father! They have destroyed so many lives. It has to stop!
Car parking reasonable, easy access to sections of hospital, though M&S cafe was shut on a Saturday… a bit odd.. surely missing out there?? Coffee out of a automated machine is wrong in my experience.. lovely receptionist in the Breast Care …
I came in yesterday for a procedure, nothing major but it required a general anaesthetic. Cannot fault the staff and team involved. They were amazing, from the reception team, to the doctors, to the nurses. Thank you for such wonderful care.

My 1st visit and I can only say it was the quickest easiest hospital visit I have ever had And the young Gentleman that dealt with me at the neuroscience department was brilliant at putting me at easy whilst doing the tests he needed too. Clean and very tidy also.
Absolute joke! 2 men sat here at 1am with our 2 daughters both younger than 5 for over 4 hours and not even asked of our babys would like anything, only 4 people in the waiting room. Disgusting to leave children waiting that long no matter what is wrong.
Great ambulance service earlier this last evening Monday, while staying near junction 25 of m5 motorway, for my brother as normal! the ambulance crew were very friendly and understanding, many thanks again too jenny and Ben working at …
Having read some of the reviews it must be a different hospital to the one I visited, a lot of confusing consultations and Five , yes Five cancelled operations, all in favour of Romanians or other people freeloading off the NHS all at my …

My husband was seen quickly in ED; treated kindly and efficiently in a busy department. I was also cared for, which as a mere relative and escort, was very much appreciated. Thank you to all staff attending.

Overnight in A&E was an absolute terror. When I say “our wonderful NHS” I exclude the revolting receptionist (short brown pixie cut hair, kind of short height) …

Very poor service in that hospital that go to all hospital not just musgrove park hospital
Absolut joke, don’t go on weekends or you will rather die waiting then be seen. That’s a hard working NHS who is paid from our taxes, and let’s a small child wait over 7h to be diagnosed by a doctor and then wait another fev for medicine.
Wife gave birth to our second at the hospital last week. Staff were brilliant, facilities were decent and complications s were handled with professionalism. Only complaint is the car park cost! As the husband, I was coming and going a lot …

Staff were amazing. Doctor health care assistant reception. considerate caring and mainly thorough! thank you. Leigh… I hope taunton did better at rugby than England today! thank you for keeping.pops safe.and sound 🙂
Too over crowded. Not enough space to cope with all the patients on site. Better for a team of doctors to travel to patients, than for a thousand patients to travel to doctors surely.
My Dad died in Musgrove in October, they put his personal belongings (watch, keys, phone, etc.) in a bin bag with soiled clothing & by the time we received it everything was destroyed/ruined. …
Saved my life, need I say more. Extremely caring and professional staff, not just doctors and nurses, I would also include all the supporting staff there too. Visiting times seem to be really flexible, food is good and you get plenty of choice (just ask). The Beacon Centre is just amazing is every respect.

Well the A and E eye lady doctors were fantastic. They removed a splinter of steel from my eye ball. Excellent service and extremely professional. Then the eye clinic doctor was very patient as he cleaned my eye ball. Not an experience I would like to do again but the staff were very helpful.
Many thanks.
