These guys have helped me so much with my claim. Couldn’t have been an easier experience for me. Absolutely fantastic team, so friendly. My claims advisor was just brilliant and very efficient.

The worst insurance company for new buyers. Made claim 14 weeks ago and still ongoing. I would give 0 start if I could. Made claim with household insurance to move things faster.

We could not prove that our shower screen spontaneously shattered with no one in the room therefore they didn’t want to pursue the builders to fix it, how would we prove this? With a video camera turned on at all times in the en suite? Absolutely useless to us

NHBC is responsive but the star rating depends on the developer…if the developed does not give the details of the house to NHBC..NHBC does not do any survey…so the star rating is wrong and not reliable!!!

Absolute waste of a company, always sides with the builder even when it has been proven that standards were not met. Along with other residents, we are currently taking NHBC and developer to court
