It’s a small bank with 2 cashiers. But the bank worker’s are kind and helpful. They’ve do the best.

Service is terrible. One person walking about talking, basically doing nothing whilst you wait ages for somebody to actually help. I wouldn’t recommend this bank and I will be moving my account to another bank

The team in this branch are very friendly and helpful. They do their best to put people at ease.

Pathetic… Long queues everytime. Only one cashire on duty(two at bery best)

Called in branch to withdraw some cash and was questioned what it was for which is none of their business then i was refused my own cash, what right do a bank have to refuse you your own money or question you what you are spending it on.

Don’t bother going into branch unless you have time to queue for an hour.

Great bank, not crowded, and very polite staff

Nobody at information desk and had to make myself aware to staff to be told they’re not using it, instead of them seeing me just stand there. Had to go elsewhere.

Understaffed. Long wait times. No smart ATM. Awful.

Can you imagine a BANK that does not do foreign exchange?

A very bad information to know if you can withdraw your funds, when you ask them too much for their taste they no longer answer the phone! be suspicious because today I don’t even know what the end result will be!!! I do not recommend at all !!!
