Have just returned from my first visit to this hospital and am amazing at the service received! I was seen extremely promptly, was sent for an X-ray which again was a very quick and pleasant experience, and returned for a further consultation to discuss the results and a treatment, all within 20 minutes! Couldn’t fault it.

Thank you to Dr Pandeva and her nurse Cherie. They both made me feel relaxed, cared for and listened to. Excellent hospital and very professional and caring staff.

Excellent! Hospital was very clean, I was given plenty of time in my consultation and was actually listened to. Didnt feel at all rushed and the doctor was very thorough. I found all the staff including receptionists and nurses very friendly and helpful. Fantastic facility!!

The Mental Health Teams are professional, patient and understanding. The public need to understand that journey to good mental health is also the responsibility of the patient,being supported and guided by the teams. There is no easy fix and no magic pill!😷 …

I go here for blood tests and for both ante and post natal appointments. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They have a ticket system for the blood tests, which works well and the longest I have ever waited has been forty five minutes once, usually done and dusted within 15/20 minutes.

This review is not based on the hospital itself but for the Forest Heath Midwives office. Been trying since Friday morning to get in touch with them about some blood tests I was supposed to be having before 11 weeks. Left 3 messages and still no one is getting back to me or answering the phone.

Fabulous local facility – we must appreciate their hard work and be kind – not critical. Many countries truly envy our NHS and the free service it provides

I do not think that Mental Health deserves even one star. Their duty of care is non existent. Staff are arrogant and do not follow up on appointments and care. They do not return calls and it is difficult to contact anybody!!!!!

I rang the reception to arrange an appointment for my mother, and as I didnt know the name, number or which hospital the doctor is from, i was put on hold without being asked for further details and after 5min hold stopped and i was disconnected! More than that, i tried to ring again And no one even bothered to answer!!

Mental health team are liers,good a covering up their mistakes,not worth the money thay get paid,blame vulnerable people with mental heath issues for their mistakes,thay ruined my life for 25 years plus,excuses all the time,look at the …

Worst hospital ever… Had 2 kids here and each time was the worst experience… Had another kid in Peterborough, million times better service and experience there. Don’t suggest coming here if your having a baby
