The staff give false promises,basically they tease you. The place stinks, and they cant follow their own treatment plan they have for patients. Your tobacco goes missing as well as phones and clothes. It’s a disgrace of a place. They should shut the place down if they can’t cope. When you ask is food halal they respond in a rude manner.

Worst place you could ever go. Few members of staff who are there for you, They steal off patients and are spiteful. Laugh at you while you’re distressed and are no support they only know how to give medication out.

Poor care and effort. Misdiagnosed by a Dr here after he rushed through a one hour appointment in 20 minutes. Wards aren’t much better, understaffed and too many people can do what this hospital should stop, like the flow of drugs and suicides. No further help offered. I’d never go here again, better off on your own or elsewhere.

Horandous. Few staff are kind but not helpful at all. Treat patients like embeciles because of their mental health problems.

They have been very helpful, kind and professional. Sometimes a bit cold but I think sometimes that is necessary so they can make more objective decisions. I would recommend under the friends and family test.

Frankly, definitely not a place I would like to go, having studied reviews from two patients. I have had enough of mental institutions in the past.

Had a hateful experience working here. I was shunned because I became mentally ill. The stigma against mental illness was alive and well.

Almost feel like I am going to be moving in here 🙂
