Excellent service here every time I’ve had to attend myself and with my children. Polite and friendly reception staff, efficient triage and very good level of care. Very glad that we have this in Newquay and don’t have to go all the way to Treliske A&E with minor injuries.

Attended unit on Sunday 07/10/2018 with what I thought was bad reaction to flu jab. Turns out I was having a heart attack, treatment received from Julia and Mike was exemplary until Ambulance arrived to take me to Truro. They went above and beyond. Many Thanks

Excellent service, went in with a knee injury, assessed then had xray and then put in a splint and then discharged, all within one hour and twenty minutes, cant fault anything. Thank you to all staff involved.

Absolutely useless, rang them twice regarding an appointment and each time transfer me to the pharmacy about the appointment and when they transferred me back to the hospital they put the phone down on me even though each time I’ve rang been very polite
