Why must we use the silly machines? I wanted to speak to front desk and I was told I can only deal with machines. The use of machines is getting silly. When you ask anyone at reception they don’t even want to entertain you and just say ( check in with mwchine )

I think this place could do a whole lot more than it does for the local community. Seems like a waste of space. Surely more could be done to take (at least take some pressure) off A&E’s. Let’s be honest, sending everyone to A&E is currently ALL GP’s are doing! They’re still getting paid for not doing very much tho!

In my experience yesterday this is exactly what you’d hope and expect from the NHS. Really quick turnaround, very slick operation.

Helpful and understanding we didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor

My daughter was very nervous at having a blood test and unfortunately the man who took the blood was not very sympathetic!

Just thought I’d leave a review for Sarah – the nurse who stitched my daughters knee up, she was so helpful and caring, she went above and beyond in making sure she was at ease. So thank you Sarah for your assistance today .

Since booking system was introduced for blood tests it is a fantastic service – in and out no waiting and nurses taking the blood very friendly – should role out this system to all hospitals and GPs

Highly recommend Cheshunt Community Hospital for anyone needing to book a blood test. It is very well organised and quick. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The building looks new and clean.

Went for a blood test. Got there for the opening time of 8am on a Friday only to find a note left on the parking metres that they were not doing blood tests on this day. A pre warning would have been good I just wasted my morning going there when I could have gone to work!

Told them what I wanted to be seen for only to be told they no longer provide prescription antibiotics, what a waste they could have said that at reception to avoid waiting unnecessarily

If you need a blood test, please go in the afternoon. Going first thing in the morning, there is a queue of 40 before the doors have even opened, which is a pain of you hope to dash in there on the way to work. I have been at noon and 2pm and there’s no queue – straight in.

Super efficient walk-in centre. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The only regret was that I put two hours in the parking slot.
