Had an appointment and didn’t have to wait too long considering it’s in urgent care. Lovely doctor who said to just come, it’s what they are there for if ever I suffer again. Very reassured.
We would just like to say a huge thanks and well done to the surgical decision unit, ward 30/31 and the colorectal department especially Dr. Abdhul. Total professionals who have restored my faith in the NHS when my mam has recently been unwell. Keep up the good work guys. You are worth your weight in gold !
Visiting parked in the hospital car park operated by parking eye. Paid the parking fee £4 for 24hrs when leaving in the parking eye machine in foyer of hospital. Got a £70 fine. Appealed and it got rejected. Be wary of the hospital car parks.

We moved to Teeside just over a year ago and recently visited the hospital for minor surgery, the whole process from start to finish was professional, prompt and an overall very good experience. Even with the pressure the NHS is currently under this hospital seems to be running well. Keep it up folks, you’re doing a good job 👍🏻. …
My mother was rushed into North tees a week ago, for me there was no communications in information on whereabout in hospital she’ll be or if she is ok, staying in etc. No communications for me in regards of contacts. I am deaf, can’t used …
Just want to mention first that I do not blame any nurse or personnel on shift last night. But the urgent care department is appalling and dehumanising. I got there at around 11pm with sharp stomach pains that had me writhing for hours. …

Dirty, disgusting and disorganised! My mum (83) was in and out of hospital over a period of approximately 6 weeks with the most severe diarrhoea. Hospital never found out the cause. Staff never talked to each other, to my mum or to her …
Kind and compassionate staff, skilled and dedicated. Took care of me and helped a speedy recovery.
Rare example of wanting to leave no stars.
I love the NHS. They have saved my life on more than one occasion, and have awesome people working for them. Unfortunately they also have arrogant, rude and …

My mum got very prompt and caring treatment for bladder cancer and DVT in the …
Nursing care very good.
Communication with both patient and immediate family not so good. This needs to change as it makes experience more stressful than it needs to be. Doctors are the main problem.
I visited Outpatients today and found the reception staff efficient, social distancing measures are in place and guidance rules are easy to follow. The staff in the Gynacology dept (a Female Doctor and two Nurses) were friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease, making my appointment a pleasant one 🙂 …
I could write an essay on how badly managed this hospital is but it just comes down to one thing: laziness from the staff.
Nightshift nurses just want to sit around at the desk and socialise when you …
Visited Urgent Care with 2 year old granddaughter who had a temperature of 40°. The doctor at our practice was unable to see her and no answer from 111. The staff in Urgent Care were friendly and professional in spite of the high number of …

Tried to discharge myself ,security staff bullies and liars, not interested in my reasons for not being there ,insisted police would collect me forcibly from home if I got that far !!!!
Clap the NHS?…support the NHS?….Absolutely shameful care with the exception of the surgeons. The list of mistakes, errors and total disinterest is staggering. I would describe the care my fathering law has received as a disgrace. As …
Did an excellent job calming me down in A&E. The staff also did an excellent job when my gran got referred to the oasis suite. The nurses kept checking that we were alright, and made us hot drinks, and brang us biscuits. The oasis suite is a very homely room. The seating area was especially nice.
Visited A&E with elderly neighbour. As expected it was a long wait.
Urgent care service was appalling. Visited twice within a few days, was given two different diagnoses without any tests being carried. I explained I weren’t getting any pain relief and the symptoms weren’t easing, instead I was given advice …

Took my 85 year old mother to the urgent care unit, after an accident with the car door tore skin on her arm. The nurses who took care of her were exceptionally kind and professional. She was made to feel relaxed and of no trouble. Thank you.
Worst hospital in the world, no communication from staff wasted 2 days here to have to come back again. Day 1 5.45am arrived 19.30pm sent home. Day 2 7.00am arrived still here now probably be sent home absolute joke national health service.

The breast clinic was excellent. I had a mammogram, ultrasound scan, a breast cyst drained and saw a consultant in an hour. All the staff I met was very helpful, friendly and kind. Very impressive…Thank you.
Mixed reviews for this hospital really. Firstly the staff have always been great and we were seen very quickly after an appointment was booked over 111. Really cannot fault the staff. The issue seems to come from the running of the …
If there was a -1 urgent care would receive that. The way the Doctor spoke and treat my daughter today is disgusting. Not once was she asked if she had been tested for covid-19. She would not listen to what my daughter was trying to tell her and just dismissed her. Disgusting behaviour by a so called professional.
Excellent !!
Great care for my wife after a stroke, and allowing me to stay
A big thank you to all the staff on ward 41

The service is completely appalling, a receptionist says a nurse will see us immediately, then the nurse tells us to go to urgent care where the was ‘less people’ only to find out that we would have a 2 hour wait. This hospital and the NHS are an absolute joke.
The staff at this hospital were amazing and very friendly my cousin had an emergency last summer. Very caring and very efficient and a very welcoming hospital. Keep up the incredible work.
