Really really lovely staff and technicians. I came once for an x-ray and then for CT scans, and it was a nice walk from High Street. A bit worrying how busy it was inside the main building but the MRI & CT trucks were quiet.

A and E triaged my husband quickly, made him comfortable and admitted him to Abbey Ward where he was stabilised and discharged the 2 days later. The staff were reassuring and exceptional from A and E to the ward.

Nothing wrong with the treatments if you get to that. Most management does its best to prevent you getting to treatments. Constant errors in management, you try to get them corrected. No apologies, instead you are told off for causing ripples

The professionalism here is outstanding. The staff are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Although it’s a fair distance for me to get to I know that the commute is always worth as I always leave feeling more optimistic about my future. The Hand Trauma clinic in particular need special recognition!

Had to be in there twice in a month and the staff were wonderful very attentive, l must mention Abbey ward and Dart Ward fantastic nurses. Sad to see some negative reports only a few but nothing is perfect. 5***** from me.

I usually go to derriford, however due to moving recently I have been to RDE instead and can quite easily say how happy I am with the service there. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely felt more welcome there as opposed to derriford, and will be going back there in a future

Had an early morning appointment so parking was very easy. All staff were friendly and helpful on the medical outpatients and the meeting with the cardiology consultant was extremely helpful.
