I worked directly with Sian, and found him to be honest, direct and helpful. I have to admit I was not the model customer as I lost my job after the quote was done and so had to wait to get the project done. Overall though I was happy with everything and the work was completed to my satisfaction.

I saw a kitchen I liked locally and then Googled it and came across Number One Kitchen. They didn’t price match the kitchen – they completely beat it on price. The kitchen is lovely and thank you to the team that installed it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Customer service is non existant. Parents went today and a female employee REFUSED to speak to them, even to ask what they wanted. So they waited and left without even being asked if anyone could help. An absulate disgrace. Lost a potential customer and many more.

Jason is fab goes above and beyond. Hoping the issues with white goods supplier can be sorted by the outside suppliers soon.

Extremely rude on the phone. Rather than trying to help us, they were rude and bullyish. Stay away!
