The worst energy company, so glad they have ceased trading and I can finally leave them! Customer service was rude and threatening I couldn’t believe it when I was one the phone to one and she was being aggressive saying she would send bailiffs to my house right now and we’ll see who pays up then!!! Good riddance you s**t show

I love Gary and Jamie give them a promotion!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would have awful customer service and their operators even attempted to convince me to use my credit card to pay off the debit from my account shortly before they ceased trading without making me aware they were going into administration.
