Market rent tenants stay away! I rent a flat at Ian Hamilton house near Euston and Origin Hosing increased the rent by 19% after just one year. You will get all the disadvantages of a social housing provider with no repairs and no cleaning of the communal area but a rent increasing ten times faster than the market rent.

Terrible terrible terrible. I’ve been trying to get someone out in regards to a problem in the toilet and every time I call I’m told “someone will contact you tomorrow”… it’s been two weeks and nobody has contacted me. I’m having to call them everyday to remind them the problem is STILL THERE. Absolutely ridiculous!
