Popped into the Town Hall today to drop off my dad’s Blue Badge documents and couldn’t have had better service from Wilson and another gentleman on the reception desk (sorry didn’t get his name). They were both so polite and helpful and Wilson went out of his way to assist two other visitors. Wow! Thank you.

Child services in Peterborough are unfair and twist reports. Won’t go into detail but they are really a disgrace. I would rather change counties than ever have to deal with them again. Would definitely not recommend their services because quite frankly it isn’t a service that helps in the slightest.

I am very impressed with the Council’s customer service. I had a query regarding my council tax payments and spoke to a friendly lady on the phone. She sorted out my query very quickly. I must be very lucky after seeing other reviewers’ bad experiences on here!

If I could rate them as a zero, I definitely would. Staff have been enormously unhelpful on every call and have become very argumentative in discussions, resulting in me having to terminate the call without a solution because it’s just not worth the headache of arguing back. Truly awful
