This company cannot be trusted. The policy was paid for nearly 4 decades with the belief that there would be a final bonus, just to be told there is none and the policy is not worth much more than the money paid into it.
Avoid this company. The whole situation equals to a financial fraud.

After 4 and a half years of non payment and complaining to the Independant Financial Ombudsman whose final decision was in my favour, I would never trust this company with any new business.

If you need to contact them, don’t expect too much.
