It’s a pity phoenix have a monopoly here because everything about them is rubbish. They failed to give me the £500 cash back and made all sorts of excuses. The gas line and meter took almost a year to install. All I can say disappointed is an understatement.
Several times dealing with PNG for gas connections and their customer service is absolutely shocking. Staff actually become rude over the phone. Actions agreed with staff are not complete. You can tell it is the only company who provide gas connections as they don’t care one bit about their customers.
After a service my boiler wouldn’t fire but after the hard work and patience of the two Roberts and Pete and two additional visits the boiler is up and running again! My extra thanks to Robert who spent over three hours today getting the boiler going and doing detailed checks! It’s great to be warm again!

Worst customer service EVER no wonder gas is so expensive these muppets couldn’t organize anything, five different people used to dig a hole connect a pipe fill in the hole again and it takes six days to do it. One star because I can’t give zero stars… When we switched to phoenix gas ,we were encouraged to take out a service, maintenance and withcall plan out them.. They passed the plan to a third party agency but would do the call outs etc… …
Now a month has passed and I have a trench running the length of my garden. Refuse to fill trench in and refuse to communicate with me even after a complaint has been made. Think twice.
Have blocked our road completely with no alternative route several times. Also drilled through a nearby watermain in the process. Absolute clowns.
Recently switched to gas. Phoenix came out to install the pipework and gas metering box. In the process the workmen broke the gate to the side of the house and installed the wrong box type on the house.

Customer service is terrible. Phone calls not returned as promised, office closed during supposed opening hours. Very slow to respond to a request. Would not recommend.
