Very pleasant and helpful people that I spoke to and always answered the phone immediately which is a big plus. Helped us find a policy excluding pre existing conditions which was great for us so we could get away after 3 years of a very stressful time. Thank you to Ken.

Fantastic service. We sadly had to cancel a holiday recently due to illness and I was able to speak to an agent without being put on hold. They were friendly and helpful. My money was refunded and in my account within days. 12 out of 10 for exceptional service!! Highly recommend

Terrible company

charges £15 for a cancelled policy and then wants £10 to get refund of my money
